      I don't see any pros other than free coffee which was disgusting

      They'll make you work 24*7 if they can. While I was there our team used to work for almost 15-16 hours. They don't care in what skill you're good at. They'll give you the position which they find suitable for you. People with zero knowledge of development were given the role of developer while people with potential were limited to testing.
