Pros
Has worked on the project with the lowest team satisfaction level in the region. The major part of the teams were students (me including) therefore you had a chance to get not a very experienced mentor during training/associate period. Salaries are quite below market.
Cons
Had great teams were it was easy to get the help of someone more knowledgable (in case you knew what to ask and how). Got decent expreience in debugging and troubleshooting.
