ZERO in process management ZERO in sales side/business development Unnecessary hierarchy creation especially in US, without any significant contribution to company performance In the name of Outsources Product Development, Globallogic is actually trying to go the body shopping way. Much below standard services segment companies Too many geographies, too many irrelevant acquisitions, no differentiating factor, no selling point Just in time hiring, allowing incompetent hires with huge salaries thereby lowering the morale of the existing staff. Poor pool management. Inconsistent hiring approach
