- Management micromanages and only cares about daily “productivity” stats.
- You are seen as disposable.
- Arbitrary promotions that seem to be based on who is the most obsequious, not based on skill and job performance.
- Burnout and mental health issues being exacerbated are common at Global Logic.
- Meetings with little to no notice, and meetings that are long and unproductive.
- Lack of compassion and understanding from management.
- Little to no prospects for a raise, you are given more responsibility without a raise.
