1. Hiring and Firing very frequently. It's very unstable company. 2. Small projects with low quality work. 3. Very poor increments even if you are getting the best rating, No difference between performer and non performer. 4. You will get the best salary at the time of joining but after that you will never get good increments. 5. HR policies are very bad, HR don't have their own decisions, they are totally dependent on Directors. 6. During idle time (when no project allocated) it's lots of leg pulling from multiple managers so life become hell during that period.

Honestly, I have found none.
