Pros
Immigration system is better as compared with other outsourcing company, but management and leadership coming from other organizations are making it toxic by pulling out benefits and introducing pathetic policies over the employees. This is going to harm the organization I love so much.
Cons
GL has recently started hiring managers and leaders from peer organizations who are trying out the new policies and taking out benefits for the monetary benefits which is ultimately going to hamper the organization. No growth and visibility once you are at client location, don’t bother them as long as you are billed by the client. Your appraisal doesn’t reflect the level of output and the amount you are billed from the clients. It’s better to talk with your client and join them. GL is no longer the company you wants to be with.
