      Pros

      Despite the fact that currently IT industry slow down in GL there are still a lot of a new projects. Not all of them seems to be interesting, but nevertheless the company is stable and due to the size is able to win some new names for the portfolio. If you are good in negotiating the salary can be good too.

      Cons

      Project management can be very chaotic. There are limited abilities to increase salary. Large amount of US based projects which is impacting working hours. In case changing the assignment please keep in mind that you will have to follow interview process almost the same as people from the market, including internal and external tech interview. On B2B bench/pool is not paid at all.

      No Hike from 3 years

      DevOps they have many projects and most of them are short term Fixed compensation is good

      Cons

      There is no hike from 3 years They are asking to come to office 3 days a week eventhough team is not present There is no bonus or appraisals Manager is the deciding factor for hike and appraisal. Most of the time there won't be discussions on performance review
