Pros
In my almost 5 years with GlobalLogic I have felt like this is my second home. Each and every (even the smallest) good thing you do (may it be in the project or outside) does not go unnoticed or without an appreciation. Different awards, recognition drives, surprise awards and perks always motivates you to do better. Its never been I here, its always 'WE'. WE work together, WE party together, WE fight with a problem together and WE grow together. Every one here (colleagues, managers and senior management) are easily accessible and ready to hear you out. And how can I forget the 'Helping Hand' culture we have here, you just need to ask and its not just one but many will come to give you a hand. There are lot of other activities going on (Hackathons, POCs, etc.) where there is lot to learn, your interest is what is required. Join GlobalLogic and you will see everything I mentioned above coming true.
