      Its been almost 2.5 years working with this company. 1. Actually employ the policy of flexible hours. 2. working environment is very good. 3. projects are good, a good learning experience.

      Cons

      Appraisals are little low and the process of appraisal is very slow Some projects are only maintenance based in which learning new things do not happen.
