Pros
The work environment is great, not only the offices (which are very modern and fun, we have our own music room!), but the people I work with, always eager to give a hand and help you improve yourself. The best thing is, that if you want to, you can grow proffesionaly, management will help you with this, providing constant coaching. Of course you must be dedicted and work for it, but in few years you can get a managment position.
Cons
For the moment I have no cons. Working here is very cool.
