      A Peaceful and Healthy Working Enviourment. No Work Pressure normal working shift, Good Growth for long term association people. Fixed CTC no variable 95% amount you got in your Hand.

      Management needs to improve their policy, Manager beleive only TL words so it would be good if you have healthy relationship with manager.

      No work means balance life.People are good apart from management.

      Cons

      In earlier days there were the good opportunity to learn but now it is turning to typical service company where there is no learning at all so people are leaving. No project means there is a good chance that they will fire you.
