      Worked on two projects related to embedded systems and networking.

      Pros

      Many embedded and networking related projects. Smart and respectful people. When project is finished the recruiters try to find for you new one. Nice office. Good gym.

      Cons

      Everything depends on the project. Not good bonus program. Not clearly set time of period for salary review. Not clearly boundaries set for overtime.

      Pros

      1. Work life balance is good for the people on top. 2. Cab and bus facilities are there for the Noida office. 3. Extra curricular activities like table tennis and pool are available.

      Cons

      1. The typical government type corporate organisation. You can stay here for many years without learning anything. 2. People on top are milking the organisation. 3. Pay package and quality of hire is mediocre. 4. Rate of project failure is high. 5. Quite recently more than 100 employees got fired but none from the senior management. 6. Company is direction less. Only objective for the top management and PE investors is to make money and return on investment.

      Good for work bad for hikes

      Pros

      Good work life balance at Noida branch but not at Nagpur branch. Friendly environment. If you work hard and get recognize very often chances of good hike might be there.

      Cons

      Very poor hikes. Management plays lot to give you less hikes. Spot awards with 1000 bucks is their best excuse for not giving hike indirectly. Projects are risky even long term projects are not stable and layoff happens very often which makes job stability risky many a times.
