      Pros

      1. It is services firm , so you get good salary 2. You learn latest technologies that are being used in Market. 3. Internal trainings are good so you get to improve your technological base. 4. Management is good , less politics (atleast I felt that for my project) 5. Overall technological growth is good and healthy. 6. Company culture is good , flexible timings , work from home if your manager is comfortable.

      Cons

      Job security - They can fire you even if you are 7 year old and above average performer.

      Pros

      Good CEO who travels to many places and is friendly to all workers. Culture was good but is changing, maybe it will change back. My manager makes time for all and helps us to grow. I like going to work everyday and learn everyday. I recommend my group to my friends.

      Cons

      One new executive is changing the culture for bad. Some good senior people are leaving.
