      Pros

      - work with huge and serious projects and clients - tuned business-processes in the company (hiring, boarding, project management, training, etc). - decent compensation package (comparing to other companies in Kyiv). - lots of good people. Lots of pleasure to work with them. - the best IT Team, very friendly. - access to the roof.

      Cons

      - obligatory presence hours on some projects up to 7 PM (project specific). - office temperature and ventilation problems (as of 2013). - location: quite far from the subway stations. - all the negative sides of working in distributed teams - miscommunication, synchronization problems, - all the negative sides of working in big companies - heavy processes, relatively long adoption of new technologies and solutions.

      Friendly people, less politics, 45 days of work from home, employees are trusted by the management, people work according to their convenient working hours, no logging on when you enter or leave office, and no over the shoulder supervising. No politics, no blame games, no hide and seek. People on pool are not asked to leave, I know there are few who are in bench for more than 9 months without any poking from any management.

      Cons

      Cannot think of much, all departments are bit laid back this may render you unable to cope in any other typical IT organization with nasty politics etc. You have to be the go doer to get growth in this company. You don't grow only because you are old, you grow in this organization based on your contribution.
