      Good work life balance, one of the good companies to work.

      Pros

      Flexible timings. Work from home facility. Work and life can be managed effectively. (These all are depends on the project).

      Cons

      Unreliable policies. These will change at anytime. Normalisation is only in policies list, this never applicable. Most of the managers are not worthy at all.
