      There is nothing I could mention. All drawbacks overshadow if there is anything good about it.

      Cons

      This is the worst company ever come across. Just concerned about billing with little employee growth. Worst comes when you decide to leave the company. Management will make you realize that joining GL was worst decision you have ever taken. Management will make you even work on weekend once you resign ofcourse there is no compensatory off for those. They just care about billing and would try to make most of the employee. Bad Paid leaves policy.

      Good work life balance. Good exposure in terms of client communication and all round development. Less politics and clear communication within the hierarchy.

      Cons

      Less onsite opportunities. Difficult to change projects.
