      Pros

      good company to work for, great salary - much higher then market salaries, awesome food (but, that everybody knows i guess), lots of perks, extremely smart co-workers, I like it here

      Cons

      For working in the main criteria is that you need to have good communication skills to interact with business delegates. When we handle our responsibilities and total effort then we are also been rewarded with incentives.You find a growing career in the organisation

      Pros

      Compensation is good. Office I worked in had gym, billards, shower rooms, cafes, free tea and coffee, a place for rest on the roof of the building, a pop-corn machine with free pop-corn and many other things that is not related to work.

      Cons

      As in many companies that deal with IT outsourcing, it is a crowded "open-space" with stale air, noise where employees often wander here and ther in clothes inappropriate for office, also often it is often possible to hear rude words shouted loudly shamelessly regardless of other people around, it looks especially rude when the retards shout curses regardless of ladies nearby. Also majority of employees "visit" their work places at arbitrary time, eat and drink on their work places, smell bad with their unwashed bodies.
