      New things to learn, good salary structure..apart from PF which is 780, don't know what logic they follow.

      Cons

      Poor Management. Only Senior Person are taken care, no involvement of whole team.

      Lots of Opportunity, Sound Infrastructure, Progressive Thinking, Good Benefit, Work Life Balance is great (Depends on which Project/Account you Work) Company image is better than it's existing competition,

      Cons

      Less than Average Salary, It's huge, hence easy to overlook achievement, Good for Beginner and Senior Management >Problem for 30 to 35 Years Experienced, Appraisal system is age old, Senior Management is controlling

      Flexibility in working hours. good playing zone.

      Cons

      Poor Management. Specially the Business Development guys. Ukrainian's are given the top priorities... More into hire and fire. Doesn't seems to getting good clients now. I was hired on contract basis... got permanent worked for 3-4 more years... but things dint change a lot... Globallogic doesn't deal good with contractual employees... consider them as bounded labours...poor Hr values and guys.
