      *) Better salary compared to its competitors companies[Gross salary/12 is your monthly salary-- No hidden deductions] *) Better work-culture, it s being really logical *) Better HR, Open to employees and helpful beyond their JOBS *) They not only hunt talent also people

      *) @ Freshers level it is not so good. *) Leave's are quite less compared to its competitors companies. *) little bit improvement required at processes but at the same time take care that process should be in light weight
