      Friendly and good team environment. One can expect a good work life balance.

      Cons

      In the name of processes there is not much to expect. There are some older employees who are running the company for quite some time. Very less hike in last 3-4 years.

      openness,flexibility and work life balance. Friendly Environment. Exposure to project and related technologies. Rewards and recognition for achievements. Good Pay.

      Cons

      Hikes are good, not better . Some projects operates for short span of time with very tight deadlines. Training should be provided at right time.

      good company to work for, great salary - much higher then market salaries, awesome food (but, that everybody knows i guess), lots of perks, extremely smart co-workers, I like it here

      Cons

      For working in the main criteria is that you need to have good communication skills to interact with business delegates. When we handle our responsibilities and total effort then we are also been rewarded with incentives.You find a growing career in the organisation
