      Good place to grow!

      Pros

      Great people to work with, and have OOO activities. Challenging projects to work on using new aswell as old technologies and tools.

      Cons

      Salary is somewhat less than average. Some offices doesn't have right working conditions at this time. Some projects have strange management stuff, that have a little idea about how software development process should go.

      Pros

      Different projects, nice environment, ability to work remotely, ability to choose working hours suitable to you (depends of project). Recreation zones, gym, medical assurance. Career grow (depends of you).

      Cons

      Several office issues (depends of location) such as: To much WiFi points, air conditioning, open-space noise (difficult to concentrate on problem solving). Management not always too smart (depends of project).

      Pros

      Cab facility if you are coming by metro, as they moved to far location towards Greater Noida.

      Cons

      1) Big on POLITICS, the senior management keep on saying don't worry & from background you will be told to leave the company. 2) They even hire experience people for 2-3 months project ( as they have all small account) and then afterward you will be on pool. 3) I have a HR friend& she told that few HR people are told to right good review on sites. 4) Not a good company to grow technically, as you will not be allowed to use any development tool if you are in pool.
