      Pros

      GlobalLogic takes care of the products created by US companies. Some of them are legacy, but some of them are good. I got a chance to work on a telecom product, not a full fledged development kinda, rather delivering very small new features, bug fixing, and customization for small clients.

      Cons

      Small company, doesn't purchase even inexpensive software licenses that easily, Management not that transparent.

      Pros

      I was there for a short span, but I liked the environment. People are more open that traditional indian companies. Better folks than TCS,Wipros and all. Work culture was more flexible than other indian companies, but still not as great as good product mncs. Work was they do not own core areas of products.

      Cons

      The resources are not up to mark, the quality has gone down significantly since its inception, when it used to hire only IITians and NITians. Work life balance was not that great, but was better than other services company. The facility was not great. Food and canteen were not of corporate standard, may be because they were just expanding in bangalore,
