      Pros

      There is always atmosphere of innovation, new technologies. That inspires a lot! You are not limited to the process or technologies, you can contribute and improve them so they would be perfect for you. Constant increase of the salary and bonuses (based on your work). It's not only money, but also it makes you feel your efforts are seen and appreciated. The office (in Kyiv) is amazing, we have ping-pong, PlayStation, pool tables and gym, or we can just hang out on the roof.

      Cons

      The only thing that could be better is isolated cabins in WC.
