1.Openness --they say is thier one of the core value but i feel it is very less in the organization and decreasing day by day . 2.Small projects and no onsite opportunity for lesser exp people and even for higher exp level it is very less 3.WRT QA it is very bad.No Respect for QA at all ......no QA manager hierarchy........ 4.Weak higher management ..seems company conducting by project managers only ...... 5.Very Bad Compensation.....lay offs made in recession but not reverted back after market up.......company has aquisitions of some smaller companies but not giving good appraisals at all...... 6.No good learning prospect ...no popular tools usage anywher.....
