1. Excellant work life balance 2. Flexible working hours 3. Free Metro shuttle 4. Quite supportive managers 5. Excellant work environment 6. Too many celebrations 7. Awards and recognitions 8. Multiple games and entertainment options available 9. Work From Home available 10. GL watches every new Glassdoor reviews on Monday and work on that. (as per MD of the company) And many more...

Cons

1. Few of false promises are done by the recruiter at the time of joining, including appraisal and job role. Taking my case and few of my friends too, we were promised to get first appraisal in 6 month and then in 1 year (normal cycle), but we got nothing. Morover, I was told that I am getting hired for core R&D, but its normal web development work. I am an R&D passionate guy. 2. HR team and Finance team could be more responsive. If you create a jira ticket for any of your query, and it goes noticed even for a month or two. 3. No subsidized food and no snacks from company side, apart from the one provided by coffee vending machine.
