Flexible office timing. You can come at any time in office our do your work and go back to home

Cons

Managers are government employer you will fill that when you started working under them Don't expect salary increment if you are good at buttering and politics you will get awards, promotions & salary increment. There is no value add your hard work. Managers and seniors who are with globallogic from beginning will never give you chance to grow.
