Cons
- obligatory presence hours on some projects up to 7 PM (project specific). - office temperature and ventilation problems (as of 2013). - location: quite far from the subway stations. - all the negative sides of working in distributed teams - miscommunication, synchronization problems, - all the negative sides of working in big companies - heavy processes, relatively long adoption of new technologies and solutions.
