No onsite Not much work in mobile tech at Noida branch

Inconvenient open space with air conditions that cause sickness. Limited abilities to develop yourself as tech expert. There are declared 2 career ways: management and technical. At least in our Lviv office tech path is only declared. Frankly speaking only management path exist. You may "grow" to senior developer level here. Also you will receive Architect/Consultant position but really there are no chance (or really rare chance) have a work where you will be able to develop this skills. I believe that it may be a main reason for me to seek a new job in future. I have a feeling (may be wrong) that GL grows in 2014 is slow compared to other companies in Lviv You may be fired quickly. As employee You have to understand that company do not keep pool of resources here. So you may be quickly fired after your current project finished. In 2014 at least two my co-workers was fired in this way. For me it looks weird because there was lack of senior java developers on local job market and both guys spent just 2 week to receive new offer with better salary
