Cons is mostly a team dependants, but anyway they are really important Non-professional team Team members does not have a desire to work Team members knowledge of the technologies in which they should be at least confident is below that average. Company could hire a people on the senior/lead position, who even does not fit in junior position. Benefit policies

*) @ Freshers level it is not so good. *) Leave's are quite less compared to its competitors companies. *) little bit improvement required at processes but at the same time take care that process should be in light weight
