Cons
Retail Domain in not very appealing. Very few .Net related projects. Not very technically challenging. Job Security - Fear of getting fired if project completes or is abandoned. Few old timers, who got promoted to management positions just because they found it easy and never moved anywhere else, are hopeless. Very few onsite opportunities.
