Pros

Good environment, management is supportive. Despite having hybrid model most of the people working from home and company does not force to work from office.

Cons

Hike is very low as compare to the current market standards(5-7% per year). No hike given on the promotions, just designation change on the paper. Few years ago(When Shashank Samant was CEO) job security was there but now they directly ask to resign if you are on bench or not getting projects after attending 2 internal interviews. Nowadays lot of projects are going out of GLs hand and pool size is increasing drastically.
