      Good environment to work but not good for learning.

      Cons

      Appraisal and promotions are not on time.I have been working in this company for the last couple of years but the last 2 -3 years are pathetic and After Hitachi taken over the Globallogic there is no appraisal.

      Pros

      Really like the people, everyone is super-smart and kind. They seem like they really have a handle on what we're doing despite the constant changes in parameters. Communication is top-notch.

      Cons

      My onboarding to Global Logic was super-disorganized. We had to check multiple email addresses for very specific information, some of our pertinent details from HR were delayed, and still some months into this project, we are running into issues with payroll thanks to a poorly handled movement from one payroll company to another. I also don't feel like I'm being compensated 100% appropriately.
