Perfect role for lack of stress; bad for career advancement at GL

Business Outlook
Pros
- Remote environment - Specific working hours (never have to answer an email or look at work items outside those hours) - Not a stressful job
Cons
- Can’t work remotely - Difficult to move into other project areas - Advanced is based on project head count, not your skill set, so it can be difficult to move up. - Started the position at $21 an hour without any benefits. Had to take a “pod lead” role to eventually receive benefits & a wage increase (even though this change moved me away from what I was originally hired to do). Other people who have moved up into higher positions on the AI analyst team haven’t received pay raises because they don’t have the word “lead” in their title.
