      salary level; strong and positive technical teams who do actual work (not management);

      Cons

      - extreme negligence of top management; for some reason they think they are the gods of IT world; especially if you work there under h1b visa; - poor level of HR services and no proper communication skills at all; (actually they just play the game organized by top management) - they consider you as a slave if you are hired as h1b visa holder;
