      Remote work is nice, but management is terrible.

      It was nice to work remotely.

      Cons

      Awful communication from day 1. I'd get "urgent" onboarding emails after having been there for a month. Total lack of transparency from management along with dishonest managerial practices. As a Lead, I had given a positive review to an employee and was told my rating needed to be lowered, with no explanation as to why.

      Employees were undervalued and laid off with no notice. No pay increase for promotions and significant increase in responsibilities Benefits pretty bad

      Salary on time every single time.

      Cons

      promotion is never based on talent, due that culture is judgemental about your title and not open minded to listen if your title is less than them, they treat you poorly, where all that the higher management does is to play the old telephone game, that is flywheel in wrong direction. The cherry on top is overtime without pay in the name of remote. If you feel stressed, or suddenly start eating outside more, sleepless, burnout, constantly feeling this urge to pay bills, fear of job loss and hate this mess. Relax your time will align and next time you will find a better one.
