Pros

The local teams are nice and cool to work with and very helpful.

Cons

Because management changes so often, leadership seems to not care about the teams and changes can/do come often and abruptly. Because most people are third party workers for bigger client teammates are released at the drop of a hat without forewarning. That plus already being underpaid can cause serious situations for individuals.

Pros

Manager leaves me to it unless something needs my attention. Interesting variety of work. Low stress level.

Cons

Fairly low pay. Job security depends on GL finding a new customer after a job is done. More vacation would be nice. Ten days is not enough.
