Working with this Company as full time employee since more than a year. The very first thing I noticed is management asked you to excel at the areas other than mentioned in JD. So it is really helpful for the employee to develop new skills & which might be helpful for better career development. Nice & clean office setup to work in. As there is no latemark system, no fixed office reaching timing, any 9 hours/day as duty hours & 5 days/week system helps employee to balance his/her work life & personal life in effective manner. Employee is covered with Health & Accident insurance policy which is another reason to join this Company. Co-workers are professional & helpful - thanks to playful environment created by some fun-filled activities & birthday celebrations each month. Compensation is as per industry norms & as per your experience & caliber. Senior leadership personnel is helpful & guides as & when needed. In world wide pandemic caused by Corona virus outbreak, no employee loses job during lockdown. Even jobs of maid & tea vendor were secured & management did not ask them to stop their services. They were paid regular salary despite of office was closed due to lockdown. Other facilities like library, outing/picnic once a year, evening snacks are added enjoyable benefits.
