      I have work around 2 years in zentest and couldn't find any pros

      1.very very less salary. 2.worst management. 3. Very less appraisal. 4.first 6 months without salary for fresher. And after that 5 to 8k PM

      I started my career with Zen Test Labs. I got a very good start in my career. Best Learning experience so far in my career. Deep focus on test design and testing principles. Open and fun Lot of monthly trainings

      Management was very risk averse and multiple levels of reviews kills creativity. Too much domain focused.

      Nothing to share. Absolutely nothing!

      Cons

      1. They hire you as a third party contractor and the same is not communicated in selection 2. They pay you very very very less. 3. Too much of micro management 4. No growth 5. No experience letter unless you complete 3.5 years .
