      Been part of this company for 3+ years now,and can by experience can say, This is a company that is really helping people every single day by providing appropriate working environment, opportunities to challenge yourself and learn something new every day. Work is fast paced and leadership is always pushing and driving ahead in every way. It's exciting to be part of it. Management is firmly committed to helping persons served and employees to do their best. Supportive Management, Flexibility in working hours, including WFH facility helps maintain a healthy Work Life balance.

      Cons

      This isn't really a con but there is a realistic expectation that every employee should work hard to do their job and get it done,strech if need be.

      Pros

      I have been working with the company from past 7 years and that to remote for most of the time and from past 3 years I have been working from home. It has been very comfortable working from home with flexibility in timing of work, work pressure, communication. I do need to travel to office once or twice a year. I have my 2 year old kid and I am easily able to manage his time for school and food along with my work. All the senior manager and colleagues are aware of the personal and work problems and our always accommodating in the best possible way and are even ready to help in best possible way.

      Cons

      We are growing and a bit under staff at times and it some times lead to work load for few weeks

      Pros

      Best place to work if one wants to work and grow as a Software Testing professional. An unbiased and open work culture. Anyone who puts genuine efforts gets recognition. I have personally grown in this place and have seen my colleagues growing. Talent+Effort+Attitude is given preference over any other attributes.

      Cons

      Most of the time, employees perspective is considered and given importance. Sometimes the organization does not or unable to factor/consider employee perspective. I personally think, if this is taken care of, then the sky is the limit for the organization's (employee + employer) growth.
