GoCo is truly reflective of the company values. The last 3 months have been incredibly positive and I have been inundated with support and team spirit! GoCo has created an environment that fosters professional growth and the ability to love what you do! I am so thrilled to be part of this organization!

Pros

I’ve been at GoCo for almost 3 years. GoCo is a standout employer due to its exceptional work culture, commitment to flexibility for employees, outstanding co-workers, supportive management, and genuine concern for the well being of its employees. You also have a ton of room to grow within this company and they give you the tools to succeed.

Cons

If you’re not use to being vocal and working in an agile work environment, it could be a little hard to get your footing but you have a great team backing you and you will quickly get into the motion of how the company runs.

Pros

Awesome work/life balance. Incredibly inclusive and engaging Employer platform. The opportunity to learn multiple different aspects of the HR world to help boost your knowledge. Feedback from within is taken very seriously at Goco. You will ALWAYS have a voice here!

Cons

It is a remote work position so focus needs to be priority. Also pretty fast paced as well. That isn't really a con as you gain tenure and traction in your role since everyone is cares about your progession are always willing to help but your attention needs to be ensured!
