Pros

GoCo is certainly a different type of business with its mission for being people forward and innovative not just in their product, but their culture structure. Pros: - Flexibility to manage your own schedule - Amazing leadership that is supportive in any area you wish to grow into. - Very welcoming working conditions. - Work from Home - Vacation time flexibility is superb and extremely difficult to beat. - Learning Opportunities present themselves to help sharpen your knowledge in HR software industry. - Health Benefits/ 401k - Beyond supportive team

Cons

- Performance Review times do seem a tad dragged out and not as quick as you’d like for it to be. - Be prepared for fast pace learning. This might be a tad hard for those new to the industry, but it isn’t impossible. - Compensation is fair. The rest of the benefits the company offers definitely help tilt to your favor, but at the end of the day you chose what you’re seeking in pay.

Pros

GoCo does a great job at balancing you in your position. I have the creative freedom to work on my own and know I'm not being micromanaged, but I ALSO know that I can go to absolutely anyone for anything and rely on my coworkers for ideas, help, and innovation. Any time I talk about GoCo, it's only positives, and I feel so lucky that I get to work somewhere where I can honestly say I LOVE my job, the people, and the culture.

Cons

Some people may see it as a con, but we are 100% remote. I personally LOVE remote life (especially because GoCo supplements that with bimonthly in-person meetings for people who live around your area), but some people thrive more in an in-person environment.

- I truly being a part of the GoCo Team! - Company Culture: GoCo is a place where I genuinely feel so connected to all of my teammates (no matter where they are in the world). - Team Collaboration: I feel like my opinions are heard and respected and I am able to connect with different minds of all backgrounds to come up with the best solutions for our clients - True Values: Everyone at this organization (including upper management & C-Suite) truly lives by our core values in the way we treat each other and the way we treat our clients. - Work Life Balance is Great! Management is very understanding when it comes to Family First.
