Growing Startup with the real Culture and Values all Startups wish they had

Pros

Comeraderie, remote work, collaboration days, flexible/"unlimited" PTO, great benefits, no micro-managers, some opportunity to grow.

Cons

As a small team, some days and seasons are harder than others. Q4 is really challenging when you work in HR/Payroll/Benefits space, because time off and work/life balance feel impossible to achieve. GoCo does a really good job of trying so hard to lessen the blow and work with your needs, but sometimes I wish I was at an organization where there was no seasonality to the business, and I could spend all the major holidays with my family and friends instead of clients.

Pros

Amazing people and product, everyone is super friendly and helpful, decent pay, but sometimes disorganized in processes because of start up status

Cons

Disorganized processes, not many people know about us, pay could be better for amount of work put in, remote work can make it hard to collaborate but they do a good job of bringing us all together a lot

- Not often you get to step into a sales role at a founder led saas company where the most exciting chapters of the growth story have yet to be written... but there is already product market validation. - flexible work life balance - invested coworkers that "get" the mission - some positions and management layers are yet to be created, creating personal growth opportunity -

- startup vibes also mean startup challenges that require harder work and more patience
