Fast moving Lots of room for career advancement Interesting work Management listens more than they do other places - your ideas are actually heard.

Cons

If you're not a person to grab the reigns and control your own destiny this may not be the place for you. What you contribute matters more than how long you've been here and hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

Phenomenal culture and a leadership team that leads with integrity and transparency. Pay is pretty much on par with other companies I've been at.

Cons

I love the quarterly GoCollaboration days and wish these could be more frequent.
