- Leadership that listens - Results first, no micromanagement - Remote perks, but also fun social events after hours - An amazing product that sells itself

Cons

I love our social events and GoCollaboration Days, so hoping to have more of those in 2024!

Pros

Joining GoCo has been the absolute BEST experience. I've worked in both amazing culture and not-so-amazing cultures, but GoCo really stands head and shoulders above the rest. GoCo has an amazing culture of openness, feedback, and recognition, and a passion for building a really, really good product. That last one is HUGE because a lot of places really launch before they're ready or don't fulfill promises. GoCo's product is actually great and beloved by clients. It's a great remote culture, but with the ability to meet people in real life and get together at least a couple times a year.

Cons

HR tech is a crowded market, and we're not as well known - BUT that is changing rapidly and I have total faith that we're going to make a big impact on the space this year.
