Pros

Phenomenal culture and a leadership team that leads with integrity and transparency. Pay is pretty much on par with other companies I've been at.

Cons

I love the quarterly GoCollaboration days and wish these could be more frequent.

Pros

Comeraderie, remote work, collaboration days, flexible/"unlimited" PTO, great benefits, no micro-managers, some opportunity to grow.

Cons

As a small team, some days and seasons are harder than others. Q4 is really challenging when you work in HR/Payroll/Benefits space, because time off and work/life balance feel impossible to achieve. GoCo does a really good job of trying so hard to lessen the blow and work with your needs, but sometimes I wish I was at an organization where there was no seasonality to the business, and I could spend all the major holidays with my family and friends instead of clients.
