Great benefits, with awesome people to work with. It is an incredibly fun environment and there is always something fun going on.

Cons

During training we are provided with excellent help from supervisors. And they tell us in training that if we ever need anything, to tell our supervisors. However, out of training, the support is nothing like it is in training. Asking supervisors for help usually only gets you so far, if there is even a supervisor available.

Cons

Dealing with problem customers, hard to start with a shift at normal business hours.

Our work environment and benefits are top notch and we're happy you're enjoying them. Part of the excitement of the environment is sharing our wins and getting out of comfort zones so it's not unusual to hear a team chant. As far as escalated customers, we have an easy process to hand off those customers to leaders if a call gets to a rough point. We take care of our customers and our frontline.
