      Pros

      The Nampa facility is still young but has overcome the startup phase most of the people have been there from the start everyone feels like they are family. The culture Go Go is building is one of continuous improvement with employee empowerment.

      Cons

      Even though Nampa Go Go has overcome the startup phase the company is still young but with the brilliant people who work there they will be one of the greatest lean manufacturing facilities around.

      Pros

      GoGo is a relatively small company that values the contributions of each employee. It is an entrepreneurial environment where your ideas can become reality much faster vs. larger organizations. This company has a diverse workforce and the people are genuinely kind and fun.

      Cons

      Because we are a small and collaborative team it is sometimes difficult to truly get away from work.

      Pros

      GoGo squeeZ is a great company and place to work. We produce some of the best applesauce and yogurt and truly care about the product, quality, and output. The NYC office is fun and has an almost 'start-up' feel to it. Leadership is willing to listen and cares, as compared to other companies where they will hardly even acknowledge you're there. Every day is very different, with lots of fast moving projects and occasional slow moving projects. There is opportunity to influence what the company does and how it's done with the right approach and attitude.

      Cons

      The company is quickly growing, so of course there are challenges that constantly arise, but overall it's a great place to work and come to every day. Sometimes things aren't done the best way because it's still new for the company - but again, they're willing to change and improve if you have a better solution. As our president says, "move and improve!"
