      Pros

      Definitely the best company I worked for. Great team of people, management cares about employee happiness and makes the right decisions. A lot to learn but they train you and provide support when needed. A lot of communication to make sure everybody is part of the team and on the same page. Excellent work life balance, they understand that we have a life outside work. Plant is supposed to expend to 12 production lines so there are opportunities here. Great benefit package too.

      Cons

      Only cons will be some inexperience sometimes since the plant is still fairly new. Some frustration on the line but at least everybody is helping and working together.

      Pros

      The company is growing with a fast pace and will continue in the future with nice new projects. GogoSqueeZ offers a nice range of healthy product you can be proud of, helping consumer to access healthier snacking. The work atmosphere is really nice, friendly and welcoming. Management made the choice to communicate really often to all the employees to keep them inform about the results of the company, the changes and the upcoming projects. The Teams are hard working and know how to merge the competencies of each department to be more efficient in problem solving and project management.

      Cons

      With the fast growing, it could be sometime difficult to take the time to step back a little bit. If you want to work there, need not to be afraid to have to fix some emergencies and be really reactive. But that also what makes the adventure working with GogoSqueeZ interesting, needing to constitue project team, share point of view and fix all together the issues.

      Pros

      Growing company and fast paced, the product that is produced is one that you can believe in being all natural and healthy. Pay is very competitive for the areas of operation. The team management and hourly CARES about the product and the people.

      Cons

      Can be very tasking and require to multi task on a very high level. Professional work spaces are lacking in several areas
