      Pros

      Leadership listens closely to employee feedback and actions them. The company is truly pro-employee and works hard to develop and ensure employees are happy to work at the company. Following COVID, the company has been very flexible on employee needs. GoGo Squeez is also growing and with the existing size, there is not much bureaucracy - employee ideas can be quickly actioned and results can be seen.

      Cons

      The company is still quite lean compared to the goals it is working to achieve. This coupled with multiple systems that aren't fully integrated leads to manual work for employees and many hats consistently, sometimes stretched.
