Company Culture. The Leadership team. Work/life balance. Family oriented. Family/health first. Team building. Team work. The people. Everything! I've been here 1 year and I love this company more today than I did 1 year ago. I have never been part of an organization that treated their employees so well nor have I experienced anything like this in a professional environment before. This company makes you feel heard, acknowledged and completely taken care of. I am so proud and honored to be part of this incredible organization!!

Nicest, cleanest food manufacturing environment I have seen. The leaders and team members care about each other and help find ways to continuously improve. The company continues to grow rapidly.

Cons

New innovations within the company create constant changes in technology and procedures. It is exciting, but also challenging at times.
